Nexus grows team ahead of product launch.

Nexus is expanding its team as it moves from product development into the next phase of its journey: bringing its newly built product to market. With development of the core product now complete, the company is opening six new roles spanning business development, product management, and engineering — a signal of its momentum heading toward launch.

The hiring push reflects two priorities for the coming months: accelerating development of the product and building a strong sales pipeline ahead of its release.

Building the Go-to-Market Foundation

At the centre of the go-to-market effort is a new Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will support Nexus's network of distributors and work closely with consultants, laying the groundwork for a sales pipeline that is ready to convert as soon as the product goes live.

Nexus is also bringing on a Product Manager, who will help guide the product through its final stages of readiness and shape its ongoing roadmap as real-world feedback begins to inform future development.

Strengthening the Engineering Team

The largest area of growth is engineering, where Nexus is adding four new team members, including DevOps and full stack developer roles. This expanded team will be responsible for continuing to strengthen the product and accelerating its development.

Looking Ahead

With its product built and a launch on the horizon, Nexus is investing in the people who will take it from development into the market. The company is looking for candidates who are excited to join at this pivotal stage and help shape what comes next.
